Wow!

Jon Hinkle has been cleaning our pool for over 3 years. It is not an exaggeration to say that Jon treats every pool as his "own." Jon is a perfectionist. When he finishes cleaning our pool, the pool looks beautiful water, tile, etc. The chemical balance is perfect. The water even feels perfect, clean and refreshing. So often, Jon would finish cleaning the pool and look back at the pool before leaving, seeing something he did not
like, he would grab the necessary equipment to bring perfection back to the pool. After big storms with a long list of pools to clean, many pool professionals would be rushing to get the next job, not Jon Hinkle. Jon's view is that the job needs to get done and done right so if that means it takes longer due to a big storm then it does. Thank you.

Excellent!

I have know Jon for a few years. I met him working on my neighbors pool. I just purchased a house that I'm living in and it has a swimming pool. I grew up with a pool but I have not been around one for many many years. We uncovered the pool and it was not put away for the winter correctly. It was like a swamp. To my dismay I was pretty upset. But John reassured me don't worry about it. It will come back very nice. He showed up in a couple days and started to do the work on the pool. He got the filter running and added certain chemicals to the water. Within two days we could see the bottom of the pool. By the third day it was clear, You could see all the debris in the bottom of the pool. since that day I have never used anybody else to open and close and maintain the pool. He is very conscientious and considerate to your needs. He is known as JON THE POOL MAN in my house. He does an excellent job and stands behind his work.

Jon came to look at our pool pump, knowing it was outdated and might have been better off being replaced. Not only did he come to Newport, RI for a "possible job" but was able to fix the issue and save us a ton. He went above and beyond the call of duty and made sure to clean up before he left. The prices felt like "a steal" and the service was truly impeccable. He was kind, professional, clean, had a great sense of humor and an amazing work ethic. I still recommend him to everyone I know with a pool, despite having sold our home and no longer having one. If you want the kindest, most professional pool man, he is definitely your guy!
